Toronto Home Renovation — Beyond Ordinary — Design + Build

Let’s talk about your condo

Tell us about your unit and what you’d like to change. We’ll book a walkthrough and follow up with a fixed estimate — free, no obligation.

Service area Toronto & GTA condo buildings

Here’s what happens after you submit: I personally review every request within one business day, then we book a free walkthrough at your unit — no obligation, no sales pitch. At the walkthrough we talk through scope, materials and your building’s specific rules, and you get a fixed quote and a completion date in writing before any work starts. There’s no deposit required just to get a number, and no pressure to sign on the spot. Curious how that works end to end? See the full renovation process or read what other condo owners ask us first before they book.

Based downtown and working across King West, Yorkville, CityPlace, Liberty Village, Fort York, Midtown and the rest of the GTA — if your building isn’t listed, ask anyway.

We reply within one business day.

Before you reach out

Is the estimate really free, with no strings attached?

Yes. The walkthrough and the quote that follows cost you nothing and come with no obligation to book. If the number or the timeline doesn’t work for you, that’s a perfectly fine place to stop — we’d rather you walk away with a clear picture than feel pressured into a decision.

I don’t have a budget in mind yet — is that a problem?

Not at all. Most people reaching out don’t know what a realistic number looks like, which is exactly what the walkthrough is for. Tell us roughly what you want changed and we’ll help you figure out the scope and the budget together, rather than expecting you to arrive with a number already fixed.

I’m a tenant, not the owner — can you still help?

We work directly with owners, since renovation approval and the board application both need to come from them. If you’re a tenant hoping to renovate, the fastest path is getting your landlord or property manager to reach out with you, or to reach out on your behalf.

Can we start with a quick call instead of a full walkthrough?

Sure — if you’d rather talk through scope and rough numbers over the phone before committing to an in-person visit, mention that in your message and we’ll set up a short call first. Most people find the in-person walkthrough more useful once they’re ready, since so much depends on the actual unit.

How far in advance should I get in touch?

Earlier than most people expect. Between the walkthrough, design and materials lock, and your condo board’s own approval timeline, a renovation you want finished by a specific date usually needs to start being planned six to ten weeks before that date — sooner for a full renovation, less for a smaller scope.
