I know a renovation from the inside — the owner who wants their investment protected and the finish done right, not just done fast. That’s the standard UnitWorks was built to hold: high-end work, whether it’s a single bathroom, a gut kitchen, a condo taken back to the studs, or a whole home.

My background is commercial construction — hard deadlines, strict specifications, zero room for error. High-end residential work demands that same discipline, and rewards it with something commercial work never could: room for craft. I take on every project as a chance to put real care into a space and leave behind a finish that still reads as considered a decade later.

That’s UnitWorks — commercial-grade execution and an obsession with finish, applied to the homes people actually live in. Our fully in-house team works under fixed-price contracts, with a written one-year workmanship warranty. Staging is available as an optional finishing service.

Whole homes, condos, kitchens, baths — we take on the full range, but always to one standard. And the logistics that trip other renovators up, board approvals and elevator bookings included, are second nature here.
