Toronto Home Renovation — Beyond Ordinary — Design + Build

About Toronto Home Renovation

Sahand Rabbi, Founder of Toronto Home Renovation
Founder

I’ve been on both sides of the equation.

As a tenant and as a condo owner, I know what a renovation feels like from the inside — the owner who wants their investment protected, the resident who wants their home back fast, and the building that wants its rules respected. I’ve lived every one of those expectations, and Toronto Home Renovation was built to meet all of them.

My background is commercial construction — hard deadlines, strict specifications, zero room for error. Condo renovation demands exactly that discipline, but it gives me something commercial work never could: room for imagination. I chose this work because every unit is a chance to put my own touch on a space and create a better place for someone to live.

That’s Toronto Home Renovation — commercial-grade execution, applied to the homes people actually live in.

What working with Toronto Home Renovation looks like

One point of contact

You deal with me directly, not a rotating cast of project managers. I walk every unit personally before we quote, and I’m reachable through the whole renovation — not just at the start and the invoice.

Condos, exclusively

No basements, additions or suburban builds — every job we take is inside a Toronto condo tower, which means board paperwork, elevator logistics and shared-stack plumbing aren’t things we’re learning on your unit.

Fixed price, fixed date

After a walkthrough, you get a quote and a completion date in writing — both fixed. See exactly how that works on the process page.

The proof is in the units

I’d rather show you finished work than describe it. Every project in the portfolio is a real Toronto renovation, photographed as-built.
